We are looking for an organised and proactive Service Administrator to support our recruitment operations within the education sector. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our compliance processes ensuring every candidate meets industry regulations while helping our sales team source, interview, and onboard talent. You will work closely with our Education Consultants to deliver a seamless and professional candidate experience.

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Oversee Candidate Compliance: Manage background checks, qualification verifications, and references to ensure full adherence to APSCo Compliance+ and safer recruitment standards.
  • Coordinate Candidate Registration: Monitor registration progress, maintain accurate records on CRM and screening portals, and provide updates to candidates and consultants.
  • Support Talent Sourcing: Assist the Sales team in identifying and attracting candidates through job boards, events, and proactive outreach.
  • Facilitate Candidate Onboarding: Conduct pre-screening calls, prepare candidate profiles and CVs for client submission, and maintain up-to-date availability and timesheet records.
  • Enhance Candidate Management: Work closely with consultants to nurture and maintain the candidate database, ensuring a strong and compliant talent pipeline.


What We’re Looking For:

This role requires a blend of skills that covers administration, compliance and customer service. Ideally you will have previous experience in a similar role.

  • Strong Communicator: Clear, friendly, and confident when speaking or writing to colleagues and candidates.
  • Organised and Detail-Oriented: Able to manage tasks carefully, keep accurate records, and stay on top of admin work.
  • Eager to Learn: Adaptable, proactive, and ready to grow your skills in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
  • Tech Confident: Comfortable using Microsoft Office and picking up new systems like CRM
