We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys working with people. You might already have experience in recruitment or administration, come from a teaching or education background, or have worked in a customer-focused role where communication and organisation are key.

You'll ideally have:

  • Experience in a people-focused role, whether that's teaching, education, customer service, administration, recruitment or a similar environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

If you enjoy helping people, keeping things organised and working as part of a busy team, this could be a great opportunity to take the next step in your career. We'll support you in developing the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in recruitment administration, including the processes involved in getting candidates ready to work in schools.
